By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
3. Products and Pricing:
All products are listed with descriptions, specifications, and images for reference. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but colors and specifications may vary slightly. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
4. Orders and Payment:
We offer two payment methods:
a) Bank Transfer / ATM Deposit to BANK AL HABIB
b) Credit/Debit Card via PayFast (3D Secure only)
STS Traders reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded if such cancellation occurs.
5. Delivery Policy:
We offer Standard Delivery within 3-4 working days (07:00 – 19:30hrs, Weekdays Only). Delivery charges are Rs. 250. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier conditions. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Exchanges:
We offer No Hassle Returns within 15 days of receipt if: Product is in original, unopened, and unmarked packaging Original invoice is provided
Product is not purchased on promotion or discount coupon (unless defective)
Shortages or errors must be reported within 7 days. Return requests can be lodged via your portal or by emailing sales@ststraders.com. Return shipping costs may apply after 15 days (restocking fee).
7. Safety Disclaimer:
Our safety products are designed to provide protection when used correctly as per manufacturer instructions. STS Traders is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, incorrect sizing, failure to inspect, or use beyond rated capacity (e.g., using heat gloves beyond rated temperature or electric gloves beyond 400V). Always inspect PPE before each use.
8. Warranty:
Products carry manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modification. Please contact us with proof of purchase for warranty claims.
9. Intellectual Property:
All content on this website including logos, images, text, and product descriptions is the property of STS Traders and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
STS Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Sindh.
