Return Time:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Condition:
Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags and invoice. Fire safety equipment, fire extinguishers, and electrical items cannot be returned if opened/used for safety reasons.
How to Return:
- Email us at mustafazohaibtakhta@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number.
- We will check and give you a return address.
- Customer will pay return shipping unless product is damaged/wrong.
Refund:
After we receive and check the product, refund will be sent to your original payment method or Easypaisa/JazzCash/Bank transfer within 3-5 working days.
Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you received a damaged or wrong product, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or give full refund, no extra charge.
Sale Items:
Items bought on sale or discounted price are not returnable.
